The commander of the lower Shabelle region says they would confront

The police chief commander of Lower Shabelle region Mr. Ali Adan Ali Ganey has said that the security of his region of command is trustable.
It was only yesterday when two Toyota land cruisers of the Minster of finance was ambushed between Yaqbariweyn and Balidogle in the same region where the Mr. Commands.
By the time of the assault the minister himself was not on board in the Toyota, but four of his bodyguards were killed.
“I myself have reached where the ambush occurred and collected the bodies of the bodyguards of the Minister and the wounded ones as well and we have chased the perpetrators,” said the police chief of lower Shabelle region.
Mr. Ali Ganey the police chief also added that the security of his region of command is excellent and reliable, and also said that they have soldiers at every angle of the region.
Similarly he said that they are ready to fight back the movements of Al-Shabab if they attempt to cross into their region, and he also said that they would follow- up the taken Toyota of the finance Minister.
The land cruisers were heading to Baidoa town some 240km from the Somali capital Mogadishu, which is also the temporary base of the Somali Transitional Federal Government.
