The Somali military court has on Saturday passed a verdict that 3 of the government soldiers who have earlier killed their fellow soldiers to be executed.

The three soldiers having their hands tied behind their backs were brought to a famous open ground, which the Somali police were used to be trained during the heydays.

Hassan Hussein Noor the judge who has passed the verdict of the execution of the three soldiers has taken a loudspeaker just minutes before the three men were shot dead.

“Justice is the best policy in every nation and today here in front of are three Somali government soldiers, they have deliberately killed civilians and as well as their fellow colleagues and now the time has come for the them also to taste the bitter of the death, the law does not favours one and ignores the other it’s is equal to all” said judge Hassan.

The Somali government has earlier officially said that, any government soldier who kills another soldier or any other civilian deliberately and not manslaughter will also be killed.

It was within last December in 2010, when the Somali military court has similarly passed a verdict on 2 government soldiers who have deliberately killed their fellow soldier men.
