Mediation talks has opened at Dobley town in the lower Juba region in southern Somalia, and geographicaly lies in the boarder between Kenya and Somalia, and the town elders of Dobley were the organizers of the mediation.
This mediation is based on how to mediate between two warring tribes who have been for so many years living together in harmony in the region.
The fight between the two tribes has occured at the jungle areas of Buriso in far western side of the region.
The elders and the cheifs of the two warring tribes came together at Dobley town to start talks to end conflict between the two tribes.
"It is not time to fight, and it is time for the Somali people to join strength and form unity, and keep a side the rift among them since we have foreign foes in our country"said a security officer in Dobley town who does not want his name to be disclosed to media.
This security officer also said that they would no longer tolarate to see all the Somali people once again swiming in pool of blood, and added that to acheive peace they will reach at every point in the region and else where in the country.
The security personnels in the lower Juba region has earlier succeeded in apprehending some individuals who were creating instability in the region.
It is not the first time for these two tribes to fight in the region there was another battle between them some two years back which both sides have sustained heavy losses, and this one now seem to be linked to that previous war.
