Puntland presidential candidate Nuradin Adan Diriye reached Bosaso  

Muqdisho, Wednesday, August 13 2008 SMC 

The presidential candidate of the autonomous state of Puntland Nuradin Adan Diriye safe landed at Bandarqasim airport in the headquarters of Puntland Bosaso in the injury hours of Tuesday.

Mr. Nuradin was welcomed at the airport by some of the members in the autonomous state of Puntland a lot of the town residents carrying

over head placards depicted on the photographs of Mr. Nuradin the frontrunner in the presidential candidate.

The expressions on the faces of the population showed happiness and were chanting words to please the candidate.

Whenever the candidate touched the ground he shook hands with the officials on the long line waiting for him, and the expression on the face of the presidential candidate could be read happiness.

After the he landed the presidential candidate Mr. Nuradin addressed the officials of Puntland and the people, and thanked them for the time they have offered him, and apologize them for the delay of the plane which was carrying him.



The presidential candidate said that there is vast problem in Puntland state which needs to be curbed, or else will affect the existence of the Puntland state.

“The state of Puntland needs great swift exchange, and I have several points to develop the state of Puntland” said the presidential candidate Nuradin Adan Diriye.

From the airport Mr. Nuradin was taken to Hotel international Village to relax and quench his thirst, and chatted with the officials and told them that the first two points he will tackle is economic and security.
